Future Developments

- The total number of students has been drastically increased since 2002.
- New Japanese foundation courses for medical students were launched in January 2007. These are offered in the Hull campus as a Student Selected Component Programme of the Hull York Medical School.

Additional Information

The total number of students who take the Japanese Level 1 module is the second largest within the Language Institute, next to the Spanish Level 1 module, which is much larger than those in French, Italian and German modules.
